Steps to Convert OST to Office 365

Step 1:

Open & then launch the software. Click Start >> Search OST to Office 365 Migrator >> Launch the software.

Select the “Add File” option to add the OST file which you want to migrate.

Step 2:

A window will appear where you need to browse the OST file location from the system. After selecting the file click on Add File button to proceed.

Step 3:

A pop will appear showing the scanning process. You can also explore the details like: name of the file that is being scanned, its file size & the file creation.

Step 4:

After the scanning process, the tool loads all the OST files & folders in the left pane. Next, to view the folders you can click on them. To view the details you can use Normal Mail view where each detail associated is displayed. Further you can also view the corresponding attachments by using Attachment tab.

Step 5:

To export the OST file select the Export option from the menu bar to migrate OST to Office 365.

A window will appear where you can choose Export as Office 365 option.

By clicking on Advance setting button you can impersonate by adding SMTP credentials for multiple account support & can also view the General settings.

Step 6:

You can also fill the credentials on the Export option tab by checking Enter destination mailbox & Provide destination office 365 account from CSV, the next tab will open where you can add the credentials respectively. Then, click Next.

Step 7:

A screen will appear showing the export process completion. Click OK to proceed.

Step 8:

Now, open your Office 365 account to view the exported files.

You can now view all the files in your O365 account.
