Steps to convert EDB to EML


Go to Start » All Programs » EDB to EML Converter. The window of the software appears as shown below, Click on Add File to add EDB file.

As you click on Add Files a window will appear to let you select options like: (a)Select File (b) Search File

Click on Browse option to navigate through the location where the Public(pub1.edb) or Private(priv1.edb) EDB files are stored. Select the file & click on Open to add the files.

NOTE: The STM file is automatically selected if the file is at the same location as EDB file, if not browsed you will have to browse it and select it manually.

The software provides two Scanning Modes to scan & recover the files i.e Quick & Advanced Scan.

The software will show complete Scanning process of EDB files. As soon as the process gets completed a dialog box will appear showing Scanning Completed Successfully.

Select Normal Mail View to get a normal view of the emails data at the bottom of the pane.

You can also Preview attachments present inside a particular email by clicking on the Attachments tab, it displays the list of attachments on the bottom right corner.

Now, the software prompts Export option window providing us with Export As EML option. A destination loction is provided in order to save the exported files, Click on the Browse button to choose the path.

The Export Process will start, An alert message window pops up as soon as the Export Process gets Completed. Click on OK.

A dailog will appear showing the Export Report details of the exported mails. Click on the SAVE option too save the report as CSV. You can choose the desired location to save the Export Report CSV file.
